1. How the exchange works

You share market information about potatoes (prices, terms, supply and demand) and receive
our analysis on your own questions before publication. Participation is free and voluntary; you may stop at any time.

2. What you may share

Only information you are entitled to disclose: actual past transaction prices and quotations,
and your market observations. By sharing you confirm that it does not breach trade secrets, confidentiality agreements or
obligations to your employer or business partners.

3. What we do not accept

Future pricing intentions or plans on volumes, sales or purchase terms; information about
specific customers or suppliers; anything that could help competitors coordinate their behaviour. Such information is deleted.
This protects you and us under competition law (including Art. 101 TFEU and Russian Federal Law No. 135-FZ).

4. How data is published

Only aggregated: a price range per market and segment from at least three independent
contributors, without names of people or companies, with a delay of at least one week. Personal analysis sent to you contains
only published or aggregated data and never reveals other contributors’ information.

5. No advice, no warranty

All materials are for information only and are not an offer or investment, trading or
other advice. We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of contributor or public-source information and are not liable
for decisions made on its basis. Currency conversions use the Bank of Russia rate on the update date and are indicative.

6. Dane osobowe

We process your personal data with your consent and as described in our Polityka Prywatności.

7. Consent wording used in our e-mails

details, job title, organisation and the market information I share, for the exchange of market information and personal
analysis, including transfer to service providers in the Russian Federation, Germany and the USA, for up to three years after our
